Can anyone use the Family History Library?

It's run by the Mormons and I'm Catholic.

The Granite Mountain Records Vault of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints holds the world's largest collection of geneological records, and anyone can access it through geneology websites.

Yes. History is not pegged on religion and therefore there the history contained in the library is authentic. It would however be good to check and confirm the terms and conditions that may apply for the use of the same.

It is important to note that apart from the matters of faith that make you different from the Mormons, you are a human being in a family and thus as far as you believe that the information in the library is true, then I would say it is alright.
