In a short simple answer yes a sinus infection can cause dizziness. Sinus pressure can cause pressure on other facial pressure including the inner ear which will cause dizziness and vertigo and cause some very miserable days. Treat sinus infecions quickly so this will not happen. The best way to prevent it is to keep your nose clean.
