Can a hole in your tooth fill up naturally?

No, it will not. The only time teeth grow or change is at birth and when the permanent teeth are developing and moving into place. Teeth cannot heal.

The only way that a hole in your tooth could fill up naturally would be if you got food in it. That is not going to be comfortable at all and will be very painful. So the answer is no.

No. If there is something in your tooth hole then it's probably just some food that got stuck in there. Get it out so your tooth doesn't get infected more and have a bigger hole. In order to fix a hole if your tooth you have to go to the dentist and get a filling in your tooth.

A small cavity may be able to somewhat repair itself without the need for a filling, but anything larger will not fill up on its own. It will require a filling to prevent further damage to the tooth. Left untreated, the cavity will continue to expand and may lead to cracking or the nerve being exposed.
