Are there any dangers in a fingernail dryer?

There should be nothing wrong with fingernail dryers. Basically all it is just something that blows air onto your fingernails to speed up the drying process. There is nothing that would make it dangerous. Also, if you do not decide to get it for her they have sprays that dry nails quick.

There are some dangers in any small device used to dry or heat, aside from safety issues such as geting too hot and short circuiting, it may not be good for your skin.

yes there can be fire dangers especially if left unattended. You must make sure it is not up agains something and that it is not used around water.
