You will have to get your teeth scraped in order to get rid of the calcium. you can not use teeth whitening products and excessive brushing will not help. a dentist can help you remove them and inform you not to develop them again. Try taking some magnesium supplements you may be lacking nutrients.

Don't use commercial whiteners, as these can exacerbate or cause the problem. Brushing with a paste of baking soda can prevent or disperse if the calcium hasn't built up too much and solidified. You really do need to have a dental appointment, as getting rid of these is pretty natural and straight forward, they are gently scraped off.

The most effective treatment to remove calcium deposit is scaling completed by a trained dentist. Toothpaste with baking soda and peroxide in it should be used too.

I don't think there is any. But you would have to talk to your dentist about it to make sure.
