Are sugar free drinks bad for you?

I mean the ones with artificial sweetener.

Yes. Actually, certain artificial sweeteners are even worse then the real sugar. Many 'sugar free' drinks contain at least one or two, if not more, fake sugars. Aspartame is in diet soda, and it, among many of the others, are not only more likely to cause fat but also carcinogenic and can cause other disease such as diabetes.

Almost all of the sugar free drinks contain some form of sweetener like sweet and low or splenda, some of the artificial sweeteners are worse for you than others, you should use the sweeteners sparingly so you do not get sick form them.

Yes, artificial anything is bad for you. If you make yourself one rule: "If it isn't actually a food product, don't ingest it!" you will be much healthier.

Well they can be because they are un-natural. So you should try to avoid drinking them. In the long run, they can cause damage to your organs if you don't eat healthy.
