Are cucumbers good for you?

I love cucumbers and hope they are good for me.

Cucumbers are good for you. They have vitamin C and Caffeic Acid. They help soothe the skin and reduce swelling throughout the body. Cucumber juice has high amounts of silica, which is good for your skin and nails, and the skin is high in fiber, and because they have such high watercontent they are naturally hydrating. Enjoy.

It depends what you do with them. Eating them is fine. Sharpening them to a fine point and ramming them into your eye-sockets is probably not such a good idea.
