A vein on my wrist is enlarged and resulted in a blue spot about 3/4 inch in diameter. Should I see a doctor?

I don't recall an injury that caused this.

You should always go to the doctors if you have any concerns about your health or changes in your health. Its probably a varicose vein which are unsightly but harmless. Regardless you should have it looked at by your physician so you know its not a clot in your vein.
